What is Mine?: Mine is a live marketplace mobile app for the UAE and GCC. Sellers host live video drops from their phone and buyers claim, bid, or enter giveaways in real time — all consolidated into a single invoice at the end of the stream.
How do I buy on Mine app?: Download Mine on iOS or Android, follow the sellers you like, and join their stream when they go live. Tap to claim an item, place a bid in an auction, or enter a giveaway. At the end of the stream you pay one invoice for everything you won, shipped together.
How do I sell on Mine app?: Sign up as a seller through the Mine app, complete the seller verification, and you can go live from your phone. For each product you choose a sale type — instant Mine, competitive Auction, or free Giveaway — and buyers participate from the chat.
Is Mine available outside the UAE?: Mine is UAE-built and currently focused on the GCC. Buyers across the UAE can shop from any local seller. We are expanding region by region — follow @gominelive for launch updates.
How do live auctions work on Mine?: During a live stream, the seller flags a product as an Auction with a starting price and a timer. Viewers place bids from the chat, the timer extends on late bids, and the highest bidder wins. The win drops into their stream-end invoice.
What payment methods does Mine support?: Mine accepts cards and Apple Pay through Stripe, Buy Now Pay Later via Tabby where supported, and Cash on Delivery for buyers who prefer it. All payment flows are handled by named providers, not in-house plumbing.
Is Mine free to use?: The Mine app is free to download on iOS and Android. There is no buyer subscription. Sellers pay a transaction fee on completed sales — there is no upfront cost to go live.
How are sellers verified on Mine?: Every seller completes identity and trade-license verification before they can go live. We use established UAE-compliant flows so buyers can see who they are buying from.
