Choose Your Strategy

Three Ways to Sell

Every product can be sold differently. Choose the sale type that fits your strategy and your audience.

Mine

Instant Purchase

The fastest way to sell. When you feature a product, viewers swipe to claim it instantly. First come, first served — perfect for flash sales and limited drops.

How it works:

  1. 1You feature a product during your stream
  2. 2Viewers see it appear with a "Swipe to Mine" prompt
  3. 3They swipe fast to claim before others
  4. 4Claimed item goes to their invoice immediately
Best for: High-demand items, limited quantities, creating urgency
🔨

Auction

Competitive Bidding

Create excitement with timed auctions. Viewers place bids, and the highest bidder wins when the timer ends. Last-second bids extend the timer to keep things fair.

How it works:

  1. 1You set a starting bid and countdown timer
  2. 2Viewers place bids while the timer runs
  3. 3Last-second bids add extra time (bid extension)
  4. 4Highest bidder wins when the timer ends
Best for: Rare items, collectibles, premium products, building excitement
🎁

Giveaway

Free Entry, Random Winner

Boost engagement by giving products away! Viewers join for free during the entry window, then a random winner is selected. Great for growing your audience.

How it works:

  1. 1You set an entry window duration
  2. 2Viewers tap to enter for free
  3. 3When the window closes, you spin the wheel
  4. 4A random winner is selected and notified
Best for: Audience growth, engagement, thanking loyal viewers
Unique to Mine

The Invoice System

Here's what makes Mine special: when viewers claim or win items during your stream, everything goes into a consolidated invoice.

They can pile up multiple items from your store, then pay once at the end. One payment, one shipment — saving them on shipping costs.

Once they pay, you get notified and the invoice becomes an order ready for you to fulfill.

Remind Viewers to Pay!

There's a payment cutoff time after streams. At the end of your stream, remind viewers to check their invoices and pay promptly. Unpaid invoices don't become orders — and buyers who consistently don't pay may face restrictions.

From Claim to Order

1

Viewer Claims/Wins

Whether they swipe to Mine, win an auction, or win a giveaway — the item is theirs.

2

Added to Invoice

All items from your store go into one invoice. Viewers can pile up multiple items!

3

Viewer Pays Invoice

They pay once for all items — one shipment, saving on shipping costs.

4

You Get Notified

Invoice converts to an order. You see it in your dashboard, ready to fulfill.

Practice First

What is Rehearsal Mode?

Rehearsal Mode is your private practice studio — a safe space to test everything before going live. Think of it as a dress rehearsal for your stream.

Your camera works, your product panel is active, and the chat interface is connected so you can see exactly how everything will look. But here's the key difference: you're not actually broadcasting.

No viewers can see you. No pressure. Just you, getting comfortable with the studio before the real show begins.

Pro Tips for Success

Tips from top sellers to help you create engaging streams that convert.

💡

Good Lighting is Everything

Natural light or a ring light facing you makes a huge difference. Avoid backlighting from windows behind you.

📶

Stable Internet Connection

Use WiFi over cellular when possible. A stable connection prevents buffering and keeps viewers engaged.

👋

Engage Early & Often

Greet viewers by name when they join. Answer questions live. The more interactive, the longer people stay.

🎬

Show, Don't Just Tell

Hold up products, demonstrate features, show different angles. Live video is your chance to bring products to life.

💳

Remind About Payment

At the end of your stream, remind viewers to check their invoices and pay before the cutoff to complete their orders.

📅

Stream Consistently

Regular streaming times help build an audience. Your followers will know when to tune in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

Q:What are the different sale types?

Mine offers three ways to sell: Mine (instant swipe-to-buy), Auction (competitive bidding with timers), and Giveaway (free entry with random winner). You choose the sale type for each product when setting up your stream.

Q:What is Rehearsal Mode?

Rehearsal Mode is your private practice studio. You can test your camera setup, lighting, and see how the interface works — all without actually broadcasting to viewers. It's perfect for getting comfortable before going live.

Q:How does the invoice system work?

When viewers claim or win items, they're added to a consolidated invoice (per store). Viewers can collect multiple items during your stream and pay once at the end — saving on shipping. Once they pay, the invoice becomes an order for you to fulfill.

Q:What is the payment cutoff?

Buyers have a limited time to pay their invoices after a stream. This protects you from "claim and abandon" behavior. Remind your viewers to pay promptly! Buyers who consistently don't pay may face account restrictions.

Q:What is "Last-Second Extension" in auctions?

To keep auctions fair, if someone places a bid in the final seconds, the timer extends by a few seconds. This prevents "sniping" (last-second bids that others can't respond to) and gives everyone a fair chance.

Q:Can I set different prices for different sizes/variants?

Yes! When configuring a product, you can set a uniform price for all variants, or use advanced settings to set different prices per size, color, or other variant. The same applies to quantities.

Q:How do I feature a product during my stream?

While live, tap on any linked product from your product panel to feature it. The product will appear prominently on viewers' screens, ready for them to swipe (Mine), bid (Auction), or enter (Giveaway).

Q:What happens if I lose connection during a stream?

Don't worry! If you briefly lose connection, the app will attempt to reconnect automatically. You'll see a "Rejoin Stream" banner in your Hub to quickly get back. All sales made before the disconnect are still processed.

Q:Why can't I enter the studio?

The "Enter Studio" button requires your stream to be fully set up: title, thumbnail, scheduled time, and at least one configured product. Check the readiness checklist on your stream management screen to see what's missing.

Q:How long can my streams be?

There's no strict time limit on streams. However, we recommend keeping streams between 30 minutes to 2 hours for optimal engagement. Shorter, focused streams often perform better than very long ones.
