- There is no upfront cost to go live. Mine takes a transaction fee on completed sales — no listing fee, no monthly subscription.
- How are sellers verified on Mine?
- Every seller completes identity and trade-license verification through established UAE-compliant flows. The verification is a one-time process before your first live.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts run through Stripe Connect on a predictable schedule. You can view settlement timing and transaction history in the seller dashboard.
- Can I run auctions and giveaways on Mine?
- Yes. For each product you choose a sale type — instant Mine, competitive Auction, or free Giveaway. You can mix formats within a single stream.
- Is there a desktop version for sellers?
- The seller dashboard for catalog, analytics, and payouts is desktop-friendly. Going live is a mobile-first experience — by design, since the show happens on a phone.
