Application received

You're almost a Mine seller

Thanks for applying. The hard part is done. Here's a simple, no-pressure walkthrough of what happens next — and how to get ready for your very first live sale.

First things first

What happens next

  1. 01

    We review your application

A real person checks your details. It usually takes a day or two — no need to do anything while you wait.

  2. 02

    You get the green light

When you're approved, we'll let you know right in the app and by email. That's your cue to start setting up.

  3. 03

    You go live

Set up your store, add a few products, and host your first live sale. We walk you through every step below.

Your getting-started checklist

From approved to live

Five small steps. Do them in order, take your time — there's no rush, and you can always come back to this page.

  1. 1

Open the app and sign in

Download Mine on your phone if you haven’t already, and sign in with the same account you applied with. Once you’re approved, your Seller Hub appears — that’s your home base for everything.

Tip: Use the same phone number or email you applied with so your seller status carries over.

  2. 2

    Set up your store

Add a store name, a clear profile photo, and a short line about what you sell. This is the first thing buyers see, so keep it simple and true to you.

Tip: A friendly photo and one honest sentence beats a long, salesy bio every time.

  3. 3

    Connect your payouts

Link your bank through Stripe so the money from your sales lands safely in your account. It only takes a few minutes, and you only do it once.

Tip: Have your ID and bank details handy — it makes this step quick.

  4. 4

    Add your first products

Add a handful of items with photos, a price, and how many you have. You don’t need a huge catalogue to start — even three or four good products make a great first stream.

Tip: Start with the items you’re most excited to talk about. Your energy sells them.

  5. 5

    Go live and sell

Practice first in Rehearsal Mode (it’s private — no one can see you), then schedule your stream and hit “Go Live.” Show your products, chat with viewers, and watch the orders come in.

For your first show

A few friendly tips

Be yourself

People come back for you, not a script. Talk the way you’d talk to a friend.

Start small

A short 20–30 minute stream with a few products is the perfect first show.

Say hi to everyone

Greet viewers by name as they join. A warm welcome keeps people watching.
