1 – Introduction & Scope
Mine Live Selling Marketplace (the “Platform”), operated by Pixgen General Trading LLC (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates), connects Buyers and independent, verified legal Sellers through live selling and auction-based shopping. The Platform brings shopping to life — where excitement meets opportunity. You can instantly claim items through Swipe to Mine or compete in exciting Bid to Mine auctions in real time. By using the Platform, you agree to these Buyer Terms & Conditions. For quick answers written in simple language, please visit our Buyer FAQ inside the app or on our website.
2 – Key Definitions
- Buyer: A registered user purchasing items via Swipe to Mine or Bid to Mine.
- Seller: A verified and licensed individual or business listing products on the Platform.
- Swipe to Mine: An instant-purchase feature where the first confirmed swipe or tap secures the item.
- Bid to Mine: An auction feature where the highest valid bid at timer expiry wins; the timer extends if a bid arrives within the final five (5) seconds.
- MineFlow: The Platform’s order-consolidation process that automatically groups all of Buyer’s unpaid purchases from the same Seller into a single invoice to minimize multiple shipping fees and simplify checkout.
- MineCycle: The Platform’s scheduled billing system that automatically executes payment for consolidated invoices at fixed cut-off times (Monday and Thursday at 11:59 PM UAE time).
- Checkout Cycle: Refers collectively to MineFlow and MineCycle; together they manage consolidated invoicing and automatic payment execution.
- TRN Seller: A Seller registered for VAT with a UAE Tax Registration Number.
- BNPL Partners: Approved Buy-Now-Pay-Later partners (currently Tabby and Tamara).
3 – Product Information & Descriptions

Seller-provided content: All images, descriptions, prices, and claims are provided by Sellers. Mine Live Selling Marketplace does not independently verify every listing but may intervene under its Buyer Protection policies.

AI-assisted content: Some Sellers may use AI tools for images or descriptions. Always rely on the Seller’s live presentation and final verbal description during the show. Misrepresentations remain the Seller’s responsibility.

Binding purchases: All Mine or Bid actions are binding purchases once confirmed. However, after you receive the item, you may request a return if it is defective, misrepresented, or not as described, per Section 8 (Returns & Refunds).
4 – Pricing & VAT
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- TRN Sellers list VAT-inclusive prices. Non-TRN Sellers list prices exclusive of VAT.
- During live sales, the shown price or final bid reflects the item price. VAT appears on the final invoice for transparency. The final/last bid price does not change; VAT is displayed separately at checkout and on your invoice.
5 – MineFlow & MineCycle (Consolidated Invoice & Automatic Execution)
Why we built it: Mine Live Selling Marketplace was created by buyers who understand the frustration of paying multiple shipping and checkout fees for separate orders. To make live shopping simpler and smoother, we developed MineFlow and MineCycle, an industry- first billing system that automatically groups your purchases and processes them on a set schedule — a first of its kind in the region. With MineFlow, all your unpaid items are grouped per Seller into a single, easy-to-track invoice. To keep things fair and predictable for Sellers, the MineCycle billing schedule runs two weekly cut-off times — Monday and Thursday at 11:59 PM (UAE time) — when the system automatically finalizes and executes payment for any unpaid invoices. Please ensure your saved payment method has enough funds before each cut-off to avoid delays.
- Review & early checkout: You can review your running invoice anytime by tapping the cart icon (top-right). Want your items sooner? Checkout anytime — you don’t need to wait for the cut-off.
- Shipping fees: Each Seller’s invoice includes its own shipping fee and applicable VAT. This is necessary because different Sellers may ship from separate pickup locations or warehouses, which affects courier costs.
- Failed payments: If your payment fails more than three (3) times in total, your account may be temporarily suspended. If this happens again three (3) more times within six (6) months, your account may be permanently blocked from the Platform.
6 – Payment & Security

Payments are securely processed through Stripe Connect, with optional BNPL (Tabby/Tamara) where available.

We handle financial data under PCI DSS standards and UAE Central Bank regulations. Your payment details are encrypted and protected.
7 – Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
- After payment is confirmed, Mine Live Selling Marketplace arranges delivery through its approved logistics network.
- At checkout, you may choose your preferred courier from the available list based on reliability, price, or past experience.
- Items from the same Seller are grouped to simplify delivery.
- Delivery times vary by courier and location. Mine Live Selling Marketplace facilitates courier bookings; Sellers remain responsible for prompt dispatch and proper packaging.
8 – Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receipt in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused and in their original condition, unless the issue is a defect or misrepresentation.
- We encourage (but do not require) video unboxing to help review claims quickly.
- Approved refunds include the product price and any delivery charges you paid, and are processed to your original payment method via Stripe Connect.
- If the item is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described, the Seller bears the return shipping cost.
9 – Authenticity & Buyer Expectations
- Mine Live Selling Marketplace promotes transparency and authenticity.
- A Seller’s descriptions, claims, and demonstrations form the basis of the offer. If those are contradicted or proven false after you receive the item, you may proceed under Section 8 (Returns & Refunds).
- Mine Live Selling Marketplace cooperates with UAE authorities in cases of counterfeit or intellectual-property violations.
10 – Buyer Conduct & Community Standards

Off-platform transactions are discouraged because they bypass secure payments, Buyer Protection, and safety systems. Off-platform dealing may void protection and lead to account restrictions.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, abuse, spam, false reporting, or any attempt to manipulate bids or orders.
11 – Dispute Resolution
- Please submit all issues first through our Resolution Center for quick mediation.
- If unresolved, disputes go to arbitration under UAE law.
- If still unresolved after arbitration, the competent jurisdiction is the Courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
12 – Limitation of Liability
- Mine Live Selling Marketplace is a platform/intermediary and is not the direct Seller of goods.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under UAE law, including rights regarding defective, delayed, or misrepresented goods.
13 – Intellectual Property
- All branding, visuals, features, and content on the Platform are owned or licensed by Mine Live Marketplace. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
14 – Updates & Notifications
- Mine Live Selling Marketplace may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app and/or by email. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
