- Yes. Mine is built in Abu Dhabi and covers buyers across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond. Sellers are based across the country.
- What payment methods can I use on Mine?
- Cards and Apple Pay through Stripe, Buy Now Pay Later with Tabby where supported, and Cash on Delivery. Choose at checkout.
- How does a live auction work on Mine?
- The seller flags a product as an auction with a starting price and a soft-close timer. Viewers bid from chat. Late bids extend the timer. Highest bidder wins, and the item joins their stream-end invoice.
- Can I cancel an item I claimed during a stream?
- Items you claim are committed to your stream-end invoice. You can manage your invoice with the seller through in-app messaging before checkout. See the buyer terms for details.
